Sascha returned to Australia from Nepal in 2012 and is currently completing her Ph.D. in cultural anthropology at the University of Sydney. Using ethnographic material on work, she is examining village relationships to development and the environment, including to climate change, and with this hopes to challenge the dominant discourse of ‘development’ in Nepal.
